Plant-Based Diet, a Little at a Time

green and red healthy food

Happy Valentines day everyone 🙂 Just a short blog today about how we need to be eating more plant based foods! I know that for a lot of you cutting out meat or dairy is un-realistic. I will always preach that cutting meat and dairy totally from your diet or at least 90% of the time is the most effective way to truly see the amazing benefits from a plant-based diet, but i also understand that this is not the case for most people. The article I posted below explains how taking more steps to eat more plant based foods will increase your overall health. It explains the benefits about a diet that is dominant in plant-based products, while the meats take a backseat. Even taking steps to eat more plant-based foods is a huge step in the write direction. Cutting animal based products to just once a day has even shown huge benefits. Multiple studies have shown that a plant-based diet significantly reduces diabetes, heart disease, cancer and much more. Try and take that next step by eating less animal products and more nutritious plant-based foods. You can still enjoy your meat but in smaller amounts, all while reaping the benefits of a plant-based diet. You will see results in your health and your waistline! Who doesn’t love that?
